Below are general submission terms that will be valid within submission deadlines to be announced.

Your Articles

Articles submitted to this journal should make original contributions to the field. The editors will assume that an article submitted has not been published and is not being considered for publication elsewhere. All articles are review by the editor and an external expert, who is a young researcher with a PhD degree in the corresponding research area.

Language

Articles should be written in Russian or English. All articles must have a title, information about the author(s), an abstract and key words in English and in Russian (if the article is written in the Russian language). Information about the author must include the name, surname, affiliation (university and faculty) and email address. The abstract must be no longer than 150 words, and up to 5 key words, or phrases are permitted.

Submission

Contributions should be addressed to the editors via email: smufflas@gmail.com.

Restrictions and Formatting

Manuscripts accepted for publication should not exceed 8000 words in total, including all appendices, tables and references.

Use Times New Roman font size 12 for the main text, and font size 14 for the title. Use normal indentation and double space between the lines.

References should be cited in the text by author and date (Smith, 1983) or by author, date and page, if quoted [Smith, 1983: 12].

The reference list should be prepared in accordance with the following standards

Books:

  • author’s surname followed by comma and initials (and full points) in bold,
  • authors’ initial comes after first surname, but for books with more than one author the initials come first on second, third, etc. authors
  • curves or brackets around dates
  • date of book is in roman, followed by a full point
  • authors with two books in same year should be labelled a and b (immediately after date, no space)
  • book titles in italic; main words have initial capitals

Articles:

  • titles of journal articles in Roman
  • journal titles in italic; main words have initial capitals
  • check that all details have been included: volume, issue (if available), page numbers.
